Jaydeep Sengupta, Head – Legal, DIC India Limited

Mr. Jaydeep Sengupta has more than 22 years’ experience in the legal field resolving disputes, leading contract management and managing crisis. 

He has been working as a business lawyer for the past 18 years in companies like ICICI Bank, Nestle, PepsiCo, Johnson Matthey, Kellogg’s, DIC India Limited which functions in highly regulated sectors. During the past 18 years, Mr. Jaydeep has been aligning my role with business objectives of these companies, minimizing risks and dealing with special and general laws, ESG, ethics and compliance, ERM and issues related to consumer and environment law(s). 

He also has extensive experience in handling ethics and compliances portfolio, conducting internal investigations, managing whistle blowers, leading trainings on anti-bribery, anti-trust issues, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, dealing with issues related to employment law and industrial relations etc. 

He has also managed both greenfield and brownfield projects during this time.

Sakshi Raizada, Legal Head & Company Secretary, Meiden T&D (India) Ltd.

A highly accomplished legal professional and dual degree holder (BA LL.B and CS). Ms. Raizada brings a wealth of experience garnered through a diverse career spanning both prominent litigation law firms and major corporations. Her journey includes valuable experience at renowned organizations such as Fashion TV, Paris (India Office), Gravitas Legal, and Meiden (at present).

Currently, she leads the legal function for Meidensha Corporation's India division i.e., Meiden T&D (India) Ltd., where she expertly manages a broad spectrum of legal matters, from contracts and secretarial compliance to complex litigation.

Sameet Gambhir, Sr. Vice President & Group Head – Legal, UFELX LIMITED

Sameet Gambhir is a seasoned corporate legal, compliance, and risk management professional with 35 years of industry experience. He is currently the Senior Vice President & Group Head - Legal at UFELX LIMITED. His previous roles include positions at DCM Shriram LTD., KPMG India, Schneider Electric India, and Hill & Associates. His expertise spans litigations, contracting, IPRs, regulatory and corporate legal matters, corporate governance, ESG, risk management, and data privacy issues. Sameet is also proficient in corporate restructuring, M&A, RBI & FEMA matters, SEBI regulations, and industrial/labor laws. Sameet is actively involved in several honorary memberships and committees, contributing to standards on ESG and corporate governance.
